Real Bronze Door Handles
Two types of solid, real bronze door handles. These handles are traditionally sandcast bronze door handles, made in the UK and individually finished by hand.
This antique bronze finish is achieved by taking the bronze and aging it prematurely, using heat. This is then highly polished by hand, which brings out the rainbow colours in the bronze and gives an amazing finish.
The handle on the left is the CR 1811 Codsall Door Handle and on the right is the CR 2050-L Oxford Door Handle.
The Codsall and Oxford both have the same style of lever, but the Oxford handle is much larger and chunkier than the Codsall. Both of the handles in the photo are shown in the real bronze metal antique (RBMA) finish.
